You have 24/7 access to your RV or boat. Our automated gate system allows you to hit the road or return your vehicle on your own schedule, day or night. Our office team is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
We pride ourselves on being a premium, one-stop facility. With your rental, you receive complimentary access to:
- An electrical hookup at your space
- A dedicated cleaning bay with a built-in pressure washer
- Our on-site dump station
- An air hose station for quick tire checks
- Free ice for your coolers before heading out
Yes! We sell propane right on-site so you can top off your tanks before hitting the road without having to make an extra stop.
Our Imperial, MO facility is built with top-tier security in mind. The property is fully fenced, brightly lit, and secured by an electronic gated entry. We also monitor the premises continuously using high-definition security cameras.
Unlike traditional gravel lots that kick up dust and mud, we engineered our facility with a unique ground covering designed to keep your vehicle cleaner while parked. This specialized surface helps eliminate the dust and dirt buildup commonly found at outdoor storage yards.
We offer spacious covered and uncovered parking designed specifically for the turning radiuses of large vehicles, including Class-A motorhomes, 5th wheels, and large boats.
We are conveniently located at 5501 Black Creek Rd in Imperial, MO, right off Interstate 55 and Hwy 67. This makes us an incredibly easy launchpad for outdoor enthusiasts across the greater St. Louis area, including Arnold, Fenton, High Ridge, Festus, Crystal City, Herculaneum, Barnhart, Oakville, and House Springs.
We offer a fully contactless Online Bill Pay system. You can easily manage your account, update your payment methods, and set up automatic billing online so you never miss a due date.
